Before operating this equipment, I must read the Operator’s Manuals for the attachment and for the carrier/power source and ensure all safety signs (decals), guards, and shields are in place. I understand the operator is responsible for the safety of him/herself and others in the area.

I have checked the recommended carrier weight on the Baumalight Website and understand that warranty is void if the carrier is out of range in weight, Horse Power or hydraulic flow and pressure.
