In late 2020 Baumalight stopped offering the RC552 auger drive. The reason for this change is that we have decided to move away from the 2-9/16" round drive augers and instead promote our 2" hex drive augers. Unlike round drives which rely on pins for strength, a hex drive has 6 flat surfaces to drive the auger, resulting in a longer life and greater durability.
